Certified reporters
Every proceeding we staff is reported by an individual who holds a current California Certified Shorthand Reporter certificate, or by a reporter properly licensed in the jurisdiction where the testimony is taken.
Impartiality
We do not enter into arrangements that compromise the neutrality of the reporter, and we do not tie compensation to the outcome of any proceeding.
Equal access
Transcripts, rough drafts, and ancillary services are offered to all parties on the same terms. No party receives a transcript in advance of the others.
